Reconditioning Process
Each Skyjack machinery prior to disassembly will be carefully checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required equipment to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack machinery put back together based on OEM standards and some parts are replaced with new ones. The parts which get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. Furthermore, each and every unit is given new batteries, tires and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers provides an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These models provide a 97 inch center of load.
